- Evaluates loan applications to identify potential risks and determine the likelihood of the borrower defaulting on their loan obligations;
- Review the borrower’s credit history, income, and overall financial stability;
- Ensure that all loans are issued in compliance with regulatory guidelines and the Bank policies;
- Prepare regular reports on loan performance, highlighting any significant issues or areas of concern to senior management;
- Work closely with other departments, such as Risk team, fraud investigation teams, to identify and prevent fraudulent activities;
- Review loan assessment, site visit business & collateral of customers;
- Assist line manager in preparing training material for conducting training to SME staffs to achieve KPI/target to meet the FTB strategic goals.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
