- Examine all economic, political, social, technological, environmental, current developments, actual activities of competitors and demand levels as well as ideas for effective business promotion including the establishment of cooperation and alliances with business partnership along with other internal affairs that can facilitate all the work processes of the VIP Banking Department;
- Maintain key partnerships and collaborations according to the values of VIP Banking.
Plan and coordinate to all departments that focus on costumers’ events such as workshops and forums;
- Develop a specific plan to stay in contact with customers by focusing on the process of finding new solutions for customers, send a birthday messages or souvenirs on special occasions as appropriate;
- Promote the implementation of service initiatives and standards;
