  • - Support SEM projects and operations testing 
  • - Arrange SEM delivery and installation
  • - Provide the daily support to stakeholder
  • - Monitor card level and plan daily card loading schedule 
  • - Minimize downtime of SEM
  • - Assist to delivery card to Branches
  • - Collect and delivery captured card
  • - Assist team to manage SEM and equipment stock
  • - Assist supervisor to prepare SEM report include terminal performance, transaction, uptime, card management, etc.
  • - Provide relevant training to branch staff, contact center and stakeholder
  • - Provide online and offsite support to all branches staff.
  • - Checkup product SEM environment.
  • - Assist to review and update ATM policy and procedure.
  • - Execute the terminal delivery plan and development on timely manner
  • - Monitor the performance of terminal to ensure service up 24/7 
  • - Perform other duties assigned by manager.
