- Identify opportunities to up-tier existing corporate and FI client sets through leveraging cross-selling activities with current and potential bank products/services.
- Build network of high value clients, targeted industries, supply chain identification, and referral mechanism to onboard new names.
- Maintain regular tracking on pipeline hunting, customer calling, and up-tiering activities.
- Maintain credit quality standards through effective management of risk in accordance with FTB policy.
- Make joint calls with Deposit, Loan, and Trade Finance teams on strategic customers to contribute to overall strategy and product initiatives.
- Upskill team members through on the job coaching.
