- Prepare accurate and up-to-date balance sheets for FTB Bank in the General Ledger (GL) by recording all assets and liabilities;
- Prepare accurate and timely verification reports with supporting documents for the relevant departments;
- Prepare the fixed assets and other properties of FTB Bank, check the references carefully before registering in the accounting system, and follow up regularly to ensure that the physical fixed assets are in line with the correct accounting registration;
- Organize inspections and physical counts with relevant departments to be more effective in property management;
- Implement a system to monitor payments for office building construction or improvements, and ensure accurate and timely registration of all bank fixed assets depreciation expenses;
- Monitor identified fixed asset that is expired or damaged beyond repair and remove it from the accounting system in a clear and timely manner;
- Prepare fixed assets list report, depreciation list, delisting list for relevant parties accurately, clearly and timely;
- Prepare monthly and annual tax calculations and declaration documents for all FTB Bank tax obligations, accurately, clearly, and timely;
- Ensure all tax obligations have been met in accordance with tax law and are reported clearly and timely to the tax department;
- Prepare tax reports for relevant parties, support internal / external audits and tax officials, accurately, sufficiently, and timely;
- Closely monitor the latest implementation announcements from the Tax Department to ensure FTB Bank’s accurate, adequate, and smooth implementation of tax law.
